While tools and techniques have evolved, the core reason patients come to the Center hasn’t changed, according to audiologist Dr. Leslie E. Herman: “The one constant that brings people to our facility is the importance of being able to communicate.” The Center’s patient base now ranges from adults in their 50s to those well into their 80s, 90s, and even 100s.
